It’s a true story when I say that I’ve (practically) been living in this same look for over a week now… I just can’t seem to get enough of it. It ticks all the right boxes for the perfect day-to-day look: all-black ✔, comfortable ✔✔✔, no fuss ✔ and still elevated ✔. It doesn’t take a whole lot to make your comfy at-home look suitable for out-the-door errands… all you need to focus on is building the look with quality fabrics and some easy, but strong accessories. Oh, and an oversized coat (just go up two sizes) always makes any look better in my opinion.

Also, if you’re anything like me and love to put on your “comfy pants” as soon as you get home, I’ve got a hot tip for you! Initially I was looking into getting a really nice cashmere set to wear at home — until I realized that the comfort of wearing it didn’t really match the investment (quite the price tag). Turns out, I am a leggings lady after all and found possibly the comfiest pair I’ve ever owned. From the moment I received it in the mail I have worn it every single day (except laundry days) and I think this was actually the catalyst for current outfit obsession. Bonus: the price tag is about 1/3 of the cashmere pants I had my eyes on. I’ve linked them below — they’re officially yoga leggings btw, in case you’d need another excuse ;-)

Wearing: ARKET trench coat, leggings, leather crossbody bag & rugged-sole leather boots, Atelier des Femmes velvet scrunchie (also own/love this one).
